In 2004, EMS Defense & Space acquired the assets of Multitech Corporation critical to radar, communication, remote sensing, optical tracking and electronic countermeasure systems. With this acquisition, EMS Defense & Space added high-precision positioning expertise to provide complete RF and optical subsystems for our prime defense customers.
