Integrity, Quality and Commitment

Embedded in our culture are three additional principles that permeate all that we do. Integrity is one. We abide by all laws and regulations, protect important defense and customer information, and operate under high standards of ethical behavior.

Quality is another. Quality leads all else. Without quality, cost, schedule, and performance will lag, we can not live up to our commitments, and we will disappoint ourselves, our shareholders, and our customers. We live everyday to a quality policy.

Commitment is the third. We carefully commit, then do what we say will do. We understand that as a deeply integrated portion of the system and program, meeting our commitments is vital to the upstream cost, schedule, performance, quality, and commitment of our customers. It’s the ripple effect, and at the end of the day it affects our soldiers.
