It’s Often About Managing Risk . . . At EMS we are a technology leader. We take on tough problems in many of the programs we perform. Consequently, success for our customers means managing risk. A key element of our program management approach is therefore risk management wherein we:
- Identify risks early
- Look at risk from many dimensions
- Utilize TRL and MRL standards
- Characterize each risk item
- Assess probability of occurrence and impact
- Implement risk waterfall plans
We work with our customers and both characterize and implement risk management compatible with the program.

Adapting A Plan To Your Needs . . . We adapt program management to the task and customer at hand including rapid study programs, large development programs, and multi-year, multi-lot production programs. We do this in flexible program plans and under a variety of contract environments including fixed price and cost plus arrangements.
Most importantly, we do it with, not just for our customers. We believe a critical enabling subsystem must be integrated into our customers system and program.
